Do you remember the last time you hopped on a horse or took your kids for a pony ride? If you miss those exciting moments, head over to the Putrajaya Equestrian Park, which was opened back in 2006.

Although it is a major training centre for professional horse riders from around Malaysia, this park is also open to visitors who are new to horse-riding. There are different types of horses you can rent, depending on your level of experience. Kids will love the Joy Ride and the Riding School where they get to become a cowboy for the day and learn how to ride a pony.

Apart from that, you can take a tour of the horse stables. You will find out who feeds the horses, the food they consume, and more about the grooming aspect. It has a riding school open to the public at reasonable rates with packages for beginner, intermediate and advanced riders.
